These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this careers website operated by Matchday Workforce LLC (“Matchday Workforce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Matchday Workforce as an independent stadium staffing and recruitment platform. Branding, logos, or “Careers” styling that reference Major League Soccer are for recruiting presentation only unless a job listing expressly states an official MLS or club partnership. Matchday Workforce is not Major League Soccer and is not affiliated with MLS or any MLS club except where a listing names a partner employer.

2. Eligibility

• You must use the site for lawful recruiting and employment-related purposes only
• You must be legally authorized to work in the location required for the role, or able to obtain authorization as stated in the listing
• You must meet any minimum working-age and role requirements that apply

3. Applications and hiring

• Job listings, schedules, pay ranges, spot counts, and role details may change or be withdrawn at any time
• Submitting an application does not guarantee review within a set time, an interview, an offer, or employment
• Any offer is subject to the hiring partner’s requirements, verification steps, and applicable law
• You agree that information you submit is accurate and not misleading

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, stolen, or another person’s information without authority
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use the site to send spam or harmful content
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Matchday Workforce, MLS, or any club

5. Intellectual property

Site design, text, and Matchday Workforce materials are owned by Matchday Workforce or its licensors. Third-party marks (including club or league marks) remain the property of their owners and are used only as needed for role identification or recruiting presentation.

6. Third-party services

Applications and confirmation messages may be processed through third-party services (including form and email providers). Their availability and delivery are outside our sole control. See the Privacy Policy for how application data is handled.

7. Disclaimers

The site and listings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchday Workforce and its officers, members, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost wages, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the site or from application outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matchday Workforce from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through applications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms for later use of the site.
