Who we are

MLS Careers is the recruitment home for Major League Soccer opportunities — from league and club roles to the stadium matchday crews that make game day happen.

Every home match depends on people behind the scenes: guest services, security, concessions, parking, hospitality, retail, and operations. We connect applicants with those roles so stadiums open on time, fans are welcomed, and matchday runs safely from first arrival to final whistle.

Whether you’re looking for flexible event shifts or a longer-term path in soccer, this hub is built to help you find the right opening and apply with confidence.

How hiring works

Hiring is designed to be straightforward. Most matchday roles follow the same path:

1. Search jobs — Filter by city, club, stadium, role type, and pay to find openings that fit your schedule.
2. Review the role — Read the description, requirements, pay range, and apply-by date before you start.
3. Apply online — Share your contact info, availability, and experience in a short application.
4. Hear from recruiters — If you’re a fit, a staffing partner or venue recruiter may invite you to a hiring day, interview, or next step.
5. Get matchday-ready — After an offer, you’ll receive orientation, role training, and your first shift details — including report time and entrance.

Some venues also host in-person hiring events. When those are available, they’ll appear alongside open roles so you can meet recruiters face to face.
