This Privacy Policy explains how Matchday Workforce LLC (“Matchday Workforce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this careers site, browse openings, or submit an application. This site is operated by Matchday Workforce as an independent stadium staffing and recruitment platform. It is not affiliated with Major League Soccer or any MLS club unless a listing expressly names a partner employer.

Use that address for access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and other privacy requests. We aim to respond within 30 days (sooner where local law requires).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to run the site.

Application information

• Name, email address, phone number, city, and state/province
• Work authorization answers, schedule/commute availability, experience, and “why this role” responses
• Role details tied to your application (job title, location, club/organization, category, pay label, match or job IDs)
• Optional résumé or profile links if you include them in your application
• Consent acknowledgements you submit with the form

Site and device information

• Basic log/technical data from your browser or our hosting provider (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Local browser storage used for site function (for example last-application confirmation state, preference choices, and remaining-spot counts on your device)

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or government ID uploads on this careers site.

3. How we use information

• Receive, review, and respond to applications
• Send application confirmations and hiring next steps
• Share relevant application details with venue/club staffing partners when needed to evaluate candidacy
• Operate, secure, and improve this careers site
• Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse

We do not use applicant information to sell advertising profiles.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process application data because:

• You asked us to take steps toward a potential working relationship (contract / pre-contract steps)
• You consented where consent is required (including the application checkbox)
• We have a legitimate interest in recruiting for matchday and related roles, balanced against your rights
• We need to meet legal obligations

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run recruiting:

• Service providers that process data for us, including form delivery and email delivery tools currently used to receive applications and send confirmations (such as Formspree and EmailJS), plus website hosting
• Hiring partners such as clubs, venues, or staffing partners named in or related to the role you applied for
• Legal / safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

6. Retention and deletion

• Active applications: kept while we review candidacy and communicate next steps
• General retention: application records are typically retained up to 24 months from the submission date (or longer if a related hiring process, dispute, or legal requirement is still open)
• Confirmation email copies: may be retained in our email systems according to the same recruiting timeline
• Browser local storage: stays on your device until you clear site data or use preference controls we provide

To request deletion of your application data, email privacy@matchdayworkforce.com with the email address you used to apply and, if known, the role title and approximate application date. We will delete or de-identify personal information we control unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Opt out of sale/sharing of personal information, where those concepts apply
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing)

8. Cookies and local storage

This site uses essential browser storage to make the application flow work (for example showing a thank-you confirmation and remembering local preference or inventory state). We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies on these pages. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a careers intake site, including HTTPS and limited-access handling of application submissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

This careers site is intended for people seeking work who meet the legal working age for the role and location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site.

11. International processing

If you apply from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits and applications.
